Finding Narcotics at the White House
The last thing many of the American People expect is for investigators to find any kind of narcotic anywhere, let alone the White House. Finding a substance in general at the White House can certainly be demoralizing for the American People. However, it may be something that is expected, specially since there is a lot of power that is held just within that building alone. Therefore, this is something that should be taken with the highest regard, and should be addressed as soon as possible. However, there may be more substances that are scattered around the building, or that personnel from the White House may carry with them. However, no one exactly knows.
Cocaine Found at White House
Not much to everybody’s surprise, there was cocaine found at the White House by investigators. “Subsequent testing confirmed that a powdery substance discovered by the Secret Service at the White House on Sunday was cocaine, a law enforcement official said Wednesday, as questions linger about how the drug got into the building,” according to CBS News. Therefore, there is not a single person who knows exactly how the drug got into the building in the first place. That is certainly something that a lot of people are wondering, especially across the nation. Another question that is raised, is who exactly had owned this substance before it was discovered? These are questions that have yet to have an answer.

This also raises the question about how secure the White House actually is. If it is not secure enough, something terrible could happen within the building. “If the White House complex is not secure, Congress needs to know the details, as well as your plan to correct any security flaws,” according to NBC News. Therefore, that is another priority that needs to be addressed, and quickly. However, either way, it is still something that shocks the entirety of the nation as a whole.
