Voter Turnout Affects a Change in the White House [Part One]

by Omari Jahi

in Opinion, U.S. News

VOTER

A very large voter turnout Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, created a change to the country’s Chief Executive Officer. The leader may change but will the treatment and the dreadful conditions that Blacks, Hispanics, and poor Caucasians change? Does voting for a Democrat or a Republican really change realities?

Black voters in Michigan believe that Joe Biden could not have won the presidency without the Black vote in Michigan. They feel that Biden owes a debt of gratitude to them for his victory over President Trump.

Michigan Democratic Party Black Caucus chair Keith Williams said:

Black folks matter

VOTERLarge Voter Turnout

Black voters came out in record numbers to express their views through the ballot. Grass root organizations like Black Girls Vote played a pivotal role. They joined forces with other groups in Baltimore, Detroit, and Philadelphia to encourage people to register to vote.

It is evident that Black voters, along with other American citizens, were sick and tired of the foolery taking place from the country’s highest office. Many Americans are asking themselves:

How could this have happened in the first place?

Will changes really be made with Biden as president, or will his pillowed boot make us feel better? America’s political parties must be looked at under a magnifying glass to get a greater understanding of who they really are, how and why they exist today, and where does the average American citizen fit.

Many may wonder if their voting power is real, or is it just a bone the master throws to his dog to make him feel better and keep him occupied?

VOTERThe Constitutional Democratic Republic of America

The type of governmental structure the United States of America operates under is based upon the term, The Constitutional Democratic Republic of America. Democracy is the politically correct term used to describe America’s political structure, but the Constitutional Democratic Republic is political America’s identity.

A constitutional democratic republic is a type of government based on the principles of a constitution. Officials are selected by the people who represent the people in the legislative and governing processes.

This constitutional republic is not a direct democracy in that most voters do not get to control the course of the government. The best example of a constitutional democratic republic is the United States of America.

VOTERThe United States Constitution Established Principles

The established principles of the United States Constitution is what this country is run upon. Common everyday citizens like do not pass laws based upon a direct majority. Instead, representatives are elected by voters to a legislative body that supposes to represent the interests of the common everyday citizen.

Now the question is — do these representatives represent the common everyday voter who elected them to the office, or do they represent those individuals that sign their paycheck?

A wise man once pondered:

Who holds the loyalty of an employee? His co-workers, or the one that signs the checks?

Upon speaking about democracy, one of the founding fathers, James Madison, spoke about democracy, he referred to direct democracy, also called “pure” democracy.

Federalist No. 14

Federalist No. 14 states clearly:

In a democracy, the people meet and exercise the government in person; in a republic, they assemble and administer it by their representatives and agents.

VOTER The greatest difference is that a republic relies on representatives, and “pure” democracy relies on the people representing themselves.

The Founding Fathers were deeply doubtful about “pure” democracy. They did not believe that the masses of American citizens should run the government.

They painted America as being totally republic. Meaning, it is easier to control a few representatives than it is to control millions of American citizens.

If the United States is the Constitutional Democratic Republic, by definition alone, why would the nation’s representatives call the government a democracy? The question must be raised, are the red, white, and blue of this Nation’s flag a representative of the Constitutional Republic, Democracy, and its white Caucasian people for whom it was created?

What is the reality surrounding the red states and blue states? Has the nation fully circled back to the civil war where the red coats were against the blue coats? Please keep in mind that America or what was called the 16-Colonies was not the melting pot of the world during this time. It was an all-white Caucasian settlement.

Could this be what President Trump spoke of when he stated that he wanted to Make America Great Again?

VOTERWhite Anglo Saxton Protestants

Since the civil war, the White Anglo Saxton Protestants were and still are the majority resident voters of the red southern states. Simultaneously, the blue northern states were occupied by liberal Caucasians who were believed to be under Jewish influence.

To be liberal meant to be willing to respect or accept behavior or opinions different from one’s own and being open to new ideas. This liberal mindset went totally against the steadfast White Anglo Saxton Protestant’s set ways of thinking.

The White Anglo Saxton Protestants are people that belong to a white upper-middle-class northern European Protestant group. This group has been known to dominate economic, political, and cultural activities. These white Protestants are members of the Western Christian churches that broke away from the Roman Catholic Church. They follow the principles of the Reformation. What are these Reformation principles?
