Tracy Marie Fiorenza, 41 years old, is under the charge of threatening emails toward Donald Trump and his seventeen-year-old son.
Living in Plainfield, Fiorenza was arrested Monday morning, August 21, 2023. This arrest can to a head after a Federal Crime complaint was filed in Florida. The reason for the origin of the complaint comes from Fiorenza sent multiple emails to the headmaster of Palm Beach County school.
Threatening Charges Towards Trump

In writing, the Illinois resident vividly described shooting the ex-president and his son in an unprovoked email.
I will state that I will shoot Donald Trump Sr. AND Baron Trump straight in the face at any opportunity that I get! – slam a bullet in Baron Trump’s head with his father IN SELF DEFENSE.
Fiorenza gave a voluntary audio and video interview by request of U.S. Secret Service agents. During the interview, she gave proof of her emails sent and has now made an appearance in court on Monday. Afterward, Fiorenze will now transfer to Florida to undergo a decision.
However, Fiorenza’s attorney, Dan Hesler, will not respond to questions about her case. Charges from the U.S. District Court include willingly making threats to injure or kill a person via email. Should she be charged with these accounts, Fiorenza could face up to five years in prison.
The case was filed earlier in the month, however; it is only now being unsealed. There is currently no public information as to why Fiorenza chooses to send these threats to the school in Florida.
While the email did not go directly toward the Trumps, Fiorenza allegedly sent the threatening email in two different instances. Both emails came from her home in Illinois, one on May 2 and the second in June.
