Professional wrestler Jade Cargill officially signs with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on a multi-year contract deal. Fresh off an exhilarating run with the a different promotion know as All Elite Wrestling (AEW). No prior experience needed for the former leader of the Baddie section in AEW. She rose through the rankings with every match that she wrestled in eventually becoming 62-1.
Cargill then proceeded to solidify her position as a top performer in the company that has been around since 2019. In 2022, a tournament for the inaugural AEW TBS Women’s Championship serving as mid-card division concluded. There were women in the tournament that felt like they deserved that championship more.

Jade Cargill signs with WWE becoming the first superstar to sign after the UFC-WWE merger. The merger with both companies became completed on September 12, 2023. The women’s division on Smackdown and Raw have been a bit lackluster due to pregnancies and injuries over the past year.
WWE’s Undisclosed Future Plans
There are numerous directions WWE creatives could go in order to express the true domination of Cargill. The amount of storylines the company could produce around her could change the perspective of the WWE. Wrestlers like Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, and even Rhea Ripley could all end up being opponents of the new signee.

Storylines involving Bobby Lashley, Street Profits, Roman Reigns, and the Judgment Day can all have the former TBS champion be either a great heel or an immaculate babyface. As a heel her dominance can easily be felt as she targets either the Women’s World Champion or the WWE Women’s champion. In the process of seeking her first attempt at winning WWE gold.
Cargill signs with WWE in order to continue building her legacy as a profession wrestler. WWE has been able to create new stars every generation. From the Golden Era, Attitude, Ruthless Aggression and even the Thunderdome era. It remains to be seen on if the star power that the newest signee of WWE can produce on a bigger platform. Only time will tell if Cargill will be able to get the recognition she deserves or will she be on the list of those inactive.
