WWE teased that he resigned till fans noticed he was removed from the internal roster. He is now removed from the introduction package on Friday Night “Smackdown.” AEW lost their inaugural TBS champion Jade Cargill just over a week ago signing with WWE on a multi-year deal. The fans believed that over the course of time that “Rated R Superstar” will reunite with his Best friend Cage and end his career on his own terms.

Adam Copeland is now all elite which gives the wrestling universe multiple dream scenarios before retirement. Wrestlers like Kenny Omega, Swerve Strickland, Wardlow, and even Cage himself could enter the squared circle with Copeland. The AEW universe has gained a huge star after the loss of Cargill, and CM Punk in the last two months since August 2023.
