The Purpose of Technology
Technology is a simple part of our daily lives, and we will not be able to go without it. At least not in the same manner as we do today. Technology can be used for anything. We run to technology as a resource. Some examples of this are the internet, satellite connections, TV, X-rays, MRIs, radar systems, texting, calling, tools, and more. Most of the time, it is where people get their information from.
The use of technology has changed the way humans live their lives. For example, it has extended the life expectancy as the development of technical tools and knowledge grows. It also connected many parts of the world and shares information upon us all.
The ability to pick up technology can be an easy technique. We are able to produce knowledge. Furthermore, technology is the function of modern society. Modern technology helps plan and improve productivity for human’s daily life. Modern technology has a role in human life because it helps with certain tasks. For example, setting reminders, communicating, paying bills over the phone and investing in things that makes home comfortable. The goal is to better human life.
The Role Social Media Plays
Social media plays a role in the technological world because of its content. This is a way for people to communicate and connect with one another. Most information about the news, celebrities, and other data, are shared on social media platforms. While social sites can be good to support businesses and promote good content, it can become a bad thing as well.
Since people are easily brain washed by what people put on the internet it can affect humans. This may come from cyberbullying or are influenced by a certain person’s choice. Society has an addiction to certain platforms. The three mostly used are Instagram, Facebook and Twitter which is now called “X.” However, in most cases humans depend on social sites and is manipulated by thinking this is how they have to live.
Accessibility
People can interact with technology based on what best fits them. The accessible system gives certain benefits for users and business owners. Furthermore, accessibility features are made to be really easy for disabled users. The accessible system is to ensure everyone, even the ones with disabilities, has access to services and products. Within phones and computers, they are able to access text-to-speech and voice audio. The text-to-speech reads messages and information out loud for people who may be blind. Voice audio is used for people who have limited physical movement. For example, if an older woman can’t type on her device, she can easily access voice audio to speak and send messages.
Issues in accessibility are any barriers that make it hard for disabled users to access or engage with their website content. In the world’s population 1.3 billion people have accessibility issues.
Privacy Use
Internet privacy is important because people have the ability to control their identity and information. Furthermore, if they didn’t have that control, many people would be able to access people’s personal information.
Privacy allows a person to determine how viewers look at their information. However, protecting one’s privacy is important for their safety and private life. For example, passwords for certain apps, security browsers or intended kept data to prevent fraud or theft of information. It also allows a person to develop a personality and worth. People use for privacy is the main key to freedom of expression, protection against fraud and stolen identity.
Design and Source
Systems in design are modeling for new data and updates. It is proposed to be creative and reliable. By enhancing systems, it gives power for high-quality tools and big technology. However, when establishing a new design system, it brings sources to the team who produces. This can promote clarity, quality, and stability in the design process.
The goal in the process is to plan and manage certain projects. Designing is all about creativity. People get what they are putting into the product. However, it takes a team effort to build a good design. Especially in technology dealing with computers, smart phones and tablets. They pertain to designs and systems to get ideas and generate them. Furthermore, they plan and manage projects to come up with solutions.
