Many agree that women are able to choose what they want to do, including purchasing mifepristone, no matter how others may perceive it. Therefore, when Roe v. Wade was overturned, many women were outraged across the nation.
Even today, the effect of this decision lingers within the nation. In fact, the drug mifepristone, which is used to abort a baby up to 10 weeks of pregnancy, is being talked about in the Supreme Court.

Furthermore, there are protests that are being held by the people, showing their anger by what the Supreme Court is trying to do. “What the court did … is enter sweeping nationwide relief that restricts access to mifepristone for every single woman in this country. And that causes profound harm,” Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar told CNN News.
Furthermore, the ability for doctors to accept or deny services related to an abortion, should already be enough as stated by many Americans across the nation.
The Future of These Decisions
Many across the nation are worried for the potential outcome of the decisions being made by the Supreme Court. However, there is a hope that there is no follow-through. That could constitute as a potential violation of the rights women are entitled to. However, there is a large amount of anger, and protests are being done across the country. These are being done to ensure that Americans are heard. Mifepristone should not be banned across the nation, as women have the choice of purchasing it.
