According to reports, G y p s y Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson have filed for divorce. G y p s y Rose is moving on in life.

“People have been inquiring about my life’s circumstances. She said, “Unfortunately, my husband and I are divorcing, so I moved in with my parents house down the bayou.”

G y p s y Rose’s friends said that as their relationship deteriorated, she was starting to fear Anderson. G y p s y expressed her fear that he would strike her. He didn’t, although her mother experienced that in the past. Her immediate reaction was to tense up and become ready. However, she found shelter and also contacted her attorney.

Rose claimed that it was quite frightening, because Ryan is a huge guy. In June 2022, G y p s y tied the knot with the special education teacher while incarcerated for eight years, having previously entered a guilty plea to second-degree murder. During the trial, it came to light that she had persuaded her then-boyfriend, Big Bend, Wisconsin resident Nicholas Godejohn, to kill her mother, Claudine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.

Blanchard was given a ten-year prison sentence at first, but in December 2023, she was granted parole after serving over eight years.

Her autobiography, “Released: Conversations on the Eve of Freedom,” was published in January, and the Lifetime documentary, “The Prison Confessions of Rose,” focused on her just three months after being freed on parole from Missouri’s Chillicothe Correctional Center in December. Having served more than eight years of her sentence, the former Munchausen by proxy victim announced her separation.

Even though Blanchard was still incarcerated, she married Louisiana special education teacher Anderson in a 2022 ceremony.

New Life

G y p s y Rose Blanchard separated from her husband last month, and she isn’t wasting any time starting her life again. After less than two years of marriage, Blanchard, 32, filed for divorce from Ryan Anderson, 36, on April 8. Blanchard seemed motivated to make significant life changes now that she is free. Anderson stated, “I am learning to listen to my heart,” on Facebook. “I need some time to allow me to discover who I am right now.” Meaning, G y p s y Rose is still continuing on with her life.

Blanchard and Anderson abruptly parted ways, and shortly after, she was spotted hanging out with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker. G y p s y Rose is clearly moving on in life. The two had lunch and visited a tattoo studio in the days following Blanchard’s announcement of her separation from Anderson, according to Urker’s mother, Raina Williams.

Matching Tattoos with Ex-Fiancé

Williams said that Rose Blanchard and Urker attended a tattoo parlor together, but Bobby Pitre, Blanchard’s cousin, who runs the parlor, told PEOPLE that the two actually got identical tattoos. “They had matching tattoos of huskies,” stated Pitre. An emblem of their unbreakable friendship.

The tattoo artist Nadiya Vizier, who created both of their pieces, says that Blanchard’s is on her right forearm, and Urker’s is on his left. The dogs face each other when the two place their arms together, according to Vizier. Both tattoos were done entirely in black ink without any shading, and Urker paid for them both. “They were ecstatic and joyful,” said Vizier.

The New Look

It’s not just relationships that are evolving in Blanchard’s life. Her nose is now different from how it was before, as she had a rhinoplasty. After years of trauma and heartache, G y p s y Rose is finally moving on in life. A few days before her surgery, she informed folks about her plans. In an exclusive statement, she stated, “I’m currently going through a personal transformation journey and that includes a physical one, too.”

Nadiya Vizier, a close friend of Blanchard’s, claims that she had been requesting the treatment for some time. Vizier told PEOPLE, that  “G y p s y Rose said she’s a little nervous, but she’s happy it’s going to be done. Her desire for a more feminine-looking nose is the key factor. She merely wants it fixed and given a more feminine appearance.”

The surgery went great!
