New information has been brought to life involving Russia’s current aggressive approach toward Ukraine on Saturday. It has been stated by the U.K.’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office that Russia has an agenda to place a Russian puppet in Ukraine’s republic presidential-parliamentary system of government. President Joe Biden authorizes troops for deployment to eastern Europe. The president and the pentagon have prepared thousands of troops for deployment. Russian troops are currently on Ukraine’s border, seemingly poised for an attack.
Russian President Vladimir Putin fears that Ukraine will become a member of NATO. For the last couple of months, Putin has been formulating and building a more substantial military presence at the borderline of Ukraine. The Russian president feels the need to protect his country using cautiousness as NATO expands alliances.
President Biden and the United States have several military bases across multiple countries. There are 750 military bases amongst 80 countries. “Command for the U.S.’s 40 warships is based out Italy, and the U.S. has already flexed its muscle to Russia by sending ships to the politically fraught Black Sea,” Daily Mail.
If Russia’s aggression at Ukraine’s border continues to accumulate, nearly 64,000 U.S. troops positioned in Europe will be deployed. Russia’s potential hostile take over of Ukraine causes Biden to authorize forces for deployment to Eastern Europe. The U.S. troops have been on a profound alert and most watchful for any contingencies. Appropriate awareness and readiness for the troops in the U.S. and overseas also include support to the NATO response force if it is needed.
“The goal of sending military reinforcements to Eastern Europe would be to provide deterrence and to reassure allies, and there’s been no suggestion US combat troops would deploy to Ukraine or take part in any combat roles,” according to CNN. It has been stated that the U.S. does have military management within Ukraine. The U.S. and European countries are aware and agree there is a possible threat of war and what needs to take place to prevent the overthrow of Ukraine.
Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia are four NATO Countries that hold an adjoining territory with Ukraine. NATO has ninety U.S. vehicles and 130 military tanks in Europe. Russia continues to maintain 760 tanks within a close eye-catching distance of NATO’s Baltic members.
Biden believes that Russias current position is “deeply concerning.” Russia invading Ukraine would modify the globe, possibly becoming the most significant incursion since World War II. The invasion would have a ripple effect throughout Europe. Biden authorizes troops for deployment to eastern Europe.
