Internal Reasoning
The mechanical fuzzy band, which features singers Chuck E. Cheese and Helen Henny, guitarist Jasper T. Jowls, keyboardist Mr. Munch, and drummer Pasqually, reportedly Chuck E. Cheese will remove them by the end of the year. However, Its Animatronic Band will still be at two of the chain’s more than 400 U.S. locations. It will be replaced in a few years by digital dance floors, trampoline gyms, and giant TV screens. The band is known for its shifty, blinking eyes and stilted movements.
The chain temporarily closed several of its locations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the summer of 2020, it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
