
Everyone loves a sweet treat, especially on a hot, summer day. Now depending on the type of person you are, you may enjoy something fried or prefer something cool. Either way it satisfies that sweet tooth of yours. Here’s some recipes to hit that sweet tooth in the right spot.
Fried Oreos Dessert
Fried Oreos are a delicious sweet treat that you can have on a hot day or cool day; either way it will satisfy your taste buds. This dessert recipe is quick and simple, only taking up to 20 minutes to make! This recipe serves up to however many people.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Oreo cookies (if for larger parties, get more)
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons oil (for batter)
plus oil (for frying)
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat frying oil to 375 degrees (Fahrenheit).
Step 2. Mix together pancake mix, milk, eggs and oil for the batter.
Step 3. Stir the mixture until there are no more lumps.
Step 4. Once finished, dip Oreos into the batter. Insure that all side are evenly covered and drop cookies into your oil.
Step 5. Watch cookies as they start to float , make sure you turn them as they are cooking.
Step 6. Be careful when removing them out the frying oil.
Step 7. You will want your Oreos to be golden brown.
Step 8. Now you can enjoy your delicious deep fried Oreos.
Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Dessert

This is the perfect dessert to make on them extra hot days. Them days when you need some cool in your mouth. The Strawberry ice cream sandwich cake will do just the trick! From the bittersweet strawberry to the creamy vanilla ice cream. This recipe takes approximately 20 minutes+ Freezing bake: 15 min + cooling.
Ingredients
- 36 Golden Oreos
- 4 tablespoon of melted Butter
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 5 cups of Strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping,thawed
Topping
- 1 package (1 ounce) Freeze-dried strawberry coarsely crushed
- Golden oreos
- Fresh strawberries (optional)
Directions
First step: Grab a medium bowl / silicone spatula/medium sheet pan ( PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
Second step: make the cookie crust.
Third step: Make the strawberry-cookie crunch.
Fourth step: Layer your vanilla ice cream / strawberry ice cream.
Fifth step: Top it off with your cookie crunch.
Sixth step: Place sheet pan in freezer for 8 hours.
Seventh step: Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. If desired, garnish with fresh strawberries.
Classic Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert
This very simple ice cream sandwich is exactly like the ones you remember from childhood. It tastes just like the ones purchased from the ice cream truck with a soft, sticky, chewy cookie around soft, plain vanilla ice cream. This dessert can serve u to 6 people.

Ingredients
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅓ cup sifted Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Assembly Directions
Step 1: Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then line a baking sheet with either a silicone liner or parchment paper. After spray the liner with a cooking spray and rub it in to be sure it’s completely covered, and oiled.
Step 2: Then whisk together the dry ingredients. Mixing the 1/2 cup of all purpose flour with 1 tablespoon flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa together in a bowl until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Next sift mixture if it seems at all clumpy and homogeneous.
Step 3: After mix the butter, both portions of the brown and white sugars, and vanilla extract into another bowl with a spatula. Mix until a smooth paste is created. Add the flour mixture leisurely into the dough along with milk. Stir until smooth and stiff. With a cookie scoop drop 12 scoops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking Directions
Step 4: Bake in the center of the preheated oven until the tops of the cookies no longer look wet and shiny, 9 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and tap and shake the pan on the counter 5 times to settle and compress the cookies. Let cookies cool to room temperature on the pan, about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Transfer the baking sheet into the freezer until cookies are firm but not frozen, for about roughly 15 minutes.
