Civil War in Haiti
Recently, there was a major jailbreak that had taken place in Haiti. Therefore, as a result of this jailbreak, many former inmates began to terrorize Haiti as a whole. Essentially, these gangs and major criminal enterprises were doing their best to get the Haitian leader to resign.
The reason as to why they wanted the Haitian leader to resign was because of the conditions that many were facing. Additionally, a powerful gang leader who goes by the name ‘Barbecue’ had threatened civil war if the Haitian leader had not resigned. He also supports the idea of a civil war despite the Haitian leader stepping down. He argues that the President should be chosen by the people of Haiti.
Haitian PM Finally Resigns
After all of the attacks that were ongoing, and all of the threats that were made, PM Ariel Henry has stepped down from his role as a leader of Haiti. However, this has not stopped the ongoing terrorism the country, and the major capital of Haiti still faces. Essentially, gangs control almost 100% of the capitol of Haiti.
Therefore, they are still out committing crimes, and threatening a revolution if something is not done quickly. Therefore, the U.S and others are working to ensure a government is established and is working within the next 24 hours. That is a very short amount of time to create an entirely new, and working, government. The pressure is at an all-time high, and something needs to be done, and quickly, before things get even more out of control.

The Biden Administration has also made evident that they will spend millions to ensure they support forces in Haiti.
The Future of Haiti
The way things are looking right now for Haiti, is not good whatsoever. They need a leader, a strong leader that can shift everything as quickly as possible.
At the moment, the gangs are heavily controlling the entire country, and they need to be stopped. If something can be done, and the U.S can ensure that something happens, Haiti can be saved. Additionally, it is important for Haiti to remain valiant, as there is still time to reverse the damage that has been done and save Haiti from certain peril.
