Former President Trump Against the Law
Former President Trump has been battling with the law for the past couple of years, after his presidency. The jury made their decision on May 9, 2023. There were a lot of accusations made against Trump, therefore leaving the American public with several questions.
There are many that believe Trump is not guilty of anything he has been accused of, and many still support him in his endeavors. However, there are many people that do not believe a thing that Trump mentions or has mentioned, and therefore are against him.
This is especially because of all the allegations that are piling up against Trump for things that he has done in the past. The jury has called upon Trump for an allegation by E. Jean Carroll of sexual assault and battery.
Trump Found Guilty, Jean Wins Her Case
It has become official; they have found former President Trump guilty. “A jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming Carroll on Tuesday,” according to CNN News. This is absolutely unpardonable, and there should certainly be consequences for Trump following what he has done.
“Today, the world finally knows the truth. This victory is not just for me but for every woman who has suffered because she was not believed,” stated E. Jean Carroll. She has spoken about her side and shared her thoughts about her victory over Trump. It is unclear if the jury will give Trump criminal charges.

This also raises other questions, such as besides E. Jean Carroll, has he done this to other women who are too afraid to speak out about it?
“In this way, Carroll’s case provides a road map for other alleged victims, whose claims may be too old for criminal charges, but can still play out in a court of law and obtain legal remedies,” according to MSNBC News. There is hope there are no other victims that suffered because of his actions.
