Missing People Chicago Police Department Are Searching For

Chicago Police Department has been diligently searching for several people missing. The Gabby Petito case has shined the light on many cases which have gone overlooked either due to the demographics of where they have gone missing or the lack of empathy of the public. Either way, these people have disappeared and there are loved ones who want answers.

Darlene Cruz was last seen on Aug. 31, 2021, on South Trumball in Little Village. She is 5’3″, weighs 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on one of her forearms and one on her left hand on her ring finger.

Police suspect, she may be driving her white Nissan Maxima — Illinois license plate CC81369. Cruz may be in need of medical attention. Ten years ago a woman with the same name and description went missing from the 1000 block of N. Francisco Ave. near Norwegian American Hospital. That woman was reported to be depressed and suicidal. It is unclear if these two different reports are the same woman.

Angelina Alkhafaji went missing on September 24. She was last seen in the 600 block of North Kingsbury Street. Alkhafaji stands 5’2″ and weighs 120 pounds. She has pink hair and brown eyes. Anyone who has information on her is asked to call Area 3 Special Victims Unit Detectives at 312-744-8266.

Daniel Martinez was last seen on September 25 in the area of the 300 Block of East Randolph. He is 35 years old, stands 5’7″, and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. If anyone has any information on Martinez’s whereabouts please contact the Chicago Police SVU at 312-744-8266.

Devion Gardley stands 5’10” and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. He is 23 years old and has been missing since September 20.

Cherish Taylor was last heard from on September 18. The 13-year-old stands 5’4″ and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown eyes and had a brown wig on.

The last time anyone had contact with 50-year-old Derrick Stewart was September 17. He stands 6’2″, weighs 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Aubri Morgan was last seen with her mother — Reshanna Jones — on September 20 around 11 a.m. CT. Morgan is 8 years old and stands 3’6″, weighs 80 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her father, Andre Morgan, was awarded sole custody of the child on August 5.

Jones and Morgan were last seen at 1212 South Plymouth Court; near the South Loop Elementary. Jones may be driving a grey Chevrolet Impala. If anyone has any information on their whereabouts please contact Area 3 SVU at 312-744-8266.

Wali Baker has been missing since September 6, 2021. The 48-year-old was last seen in the area of 8200 South Blackstone. He stands 5’8″, weighs 150, with black hair and brown eyes. According to the Chicago police, Baker suffers from mental health issues. He is likely to seek out medical attention. If anyone sees him please call 911 or contact Area 2 Special Victims Section at 312-747-8274.

Chicago police are searching for Marvell Thompson. He is 26 years old and stands 6’3″, weighs 170 pounds, with brown eyes and Black hair. The last time anyone heard from him was on July 21.

Magoulis Brown, age 41, was last contacted on September 10. He stands 5’7″, weighs 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Brown is missing from the 700 Block of South Kenneth Avenue. He has a full beard and may be in need of medical attention.  If he is located please call 911 or Area 4 Detectives at 312-746-8255.

Rashad Aaron, age 18, was last contacted on September 2. He stands 5’2″, weighs 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Aaron went missing from the area of 8800 South Ingleside. He frequents Hometown and Oak, Illinois. If he is located please call Special Victims Section at 312-747-8274 or call 911.

Chicago police are searching for missing 13-year-old Keshun Collins. He stands 5’1″, weighs 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Collins has a Keloid armpit — a type of raised scar. He was last seen around 11:30 p.m. in the area of 8000 South Marchfield. He may be in the area of 6000 to 6500 South Cottage Grove or Ellis. If he is seen please call 911 or contact Area 2 SVU at 312-747-8274.

Christopher Carpenter, age 26, weighs 160 pounds, stands 6’1″, with hazel eyes and black hair. He has been missing since August 13, 2021. That is the last time anyone has had any contact with him.

Police have been searching for 14-year-old Debra Lenoir. She stands 5’4″, weighs around 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. The last time anyone has had contact with her was on August 17. Lenoir is known to change her hairstyle from braids to various wigs.

She went missing from the area of 83rd and May. The last time anyone seen her was in the area of 67th to 69th/Ashland to Damen. According to the Chicago police, she is in need of immediate medical attention. If she is seen please call 911 or Area 2 SVU at 312-747-8274.

This is just a shortlist of those missing in the Chicago area. If anyone sees any of the missing please contact the local police department.
