Ottawa Mass Killings
It is unknown for Ottawa to have mass killings of the sort that occurred recently. This mass killing certainly left the entire country completely shaken and should certainly raise awareness to the rise of mass killings across the world. It seems that this happens way too often, and not even a week goes by before there is another shooting of the like.
It is obvious that there needs to be more done to reduce the amount of mass killings that occur. Unfortunately, there was a mass shooting that took the lives of 6 people, which includes 4 children. 4 innocent children that had their lives taken for no absolute reason.
What Occurred Recently?
Unfortunately, several lives were inconsiderately lost because of someone’s terrible actions. 6 people, including a mother and her 4 children, had their lives taken. The victims include the 35-year-old mother, 7-year-old daughter, 4-year-old daughter, 2-year-old daughter, and 2-month-old daughter.
Several innocent lives that were taken for no reason at all. The suspect has been identified and has been arrested and is known as 19-year-old Febrio De-Zoysa. Apparently, he was in Ottawa, Canada since he was a student.
It is still unclear what the motive was for this attack, and it is unknown if the suspect will make it known anytime soon. Additionally, the father was not at the home when the attack had taken place. As a result, he had to come home to see practically his entire family gone, and in such a terrible, tragic way.
The Future of These Mass Killings
There needs to be a stop to these mass killings. If nothing is done to deliver justice to this family, then shootings of this nature will continue to occur. If they continue to occur, more innocent lives will be tragically lost, and more families will be torn apart for the rest of their lives.
However, if there is something that is done to prevent shootings of this nature in the future, less families will have to bury one of their loved ones. Something needs to be done, and it needs to be done as soon as possible.
