What Exactly Happened At This Event?
There were several workers that were pushing for the workplace to be a better place for them, as originally promised by Tesla themselves. The company issued a directive to “protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all Tesla business information.”
Tesla had promised their workers a safe, and overall good workspace, which unfortunately they were not given. Therefore, they were protesting for “better pay, job security, and a work environment that reduces production pressures.” Clearly, Tesla does not seem to be living up to their promise. This is why this union was forming, but unfortunately, Tesla decided to do the unthinkable.
What Are The Workers Going To Do? How Do They Feel?

As expected, the workers are absolutely devastated and angry because of this. Not only are they angry, but the rest of the nation is angry with them. That is completely unfair for those workers to have lost their jobs. They just wanted to raise awareness about how unfair Tesla was treating them.
There certainly will be some repercussions that come about against Tesla because of this action. “We’re angry. This won’t slow us down. This won’t stop us,” Sara Costantino, a current Tesla employee and organizing committee member, said in a prepared statement. The fact that they are angry is not enough to stop them. Instead, this will do the opposite. This will push them a lot more, and will probably form a greater union push throughout the nation.
Therefore, this will certainly be noticed by the general public, and Tesla will potentially undergo a trial because of this action. “The NLRB will now investigate the claims and could prosecute them before a judge if it finds merit.” Finally, these workers will certainly get the recompense they deserve, after this unfair action.
