Tamari Rapp and a 15-year-old juvenile were arrested on May 20, 2021, at 10:17 a.m. in the 6700 block of S. Jeffery Blvd. They were identified as the offenders who, ten minutes before their arrest, both pointed guns at a 27-year-old female victim and stole her vehicle in the 6900 block of S. Crandon Ave. (3rd District).
The offenders were placed into custody without incident and charged accordingly. Two weapons were recovered on the scene.

Court: Juvenile Court – 1100 S. Hamilton – May 21, 2021
