Thirty-eight-year-old Melissa Blair of Englewood, Tennessee has been arrested. Her charges include solicitation of a minor, 18 counts of statutory rape, four counts of human trafficking by patronizing prostitution, and forfeiture of personal property, as reported.
Blair preyed upon at least nine victims between the ages of 14 and 17. McMinn County District Attorney Steve Crump believes there are more victims. The mother of one of the victims stated that it is not just about putting Blair behind bars but it is about “families healing.”
The alleged perpetrator was out on bond Tuesday. Her next court date is February 28. Blair has been ordered to stay away from the high school her victims attend and also the teens she preyed upon.
It has been alleged that this woman used “vape pens among other enticements” to lure the teens into having sex with her.
