Ask any of today’s Republicans if racism is rampant and a severe problem in America, the LGBTQ community is a danger to the American way of life, or if women are treated as second or even third-class citizens in the nation, they deny their beliefs. They act as though denying racism will make the uncomfortable situation disappear.
Facts, not allegations, prove that former President Donald Trump is the leader of the white supremacist movement in America. His followers share his passion for the reincarnation of slavery in America. Nearly every Republican in name only (RINO) in Washington supports Trump, therefore his plans to shred the Constitution.
Every man and woman who participated in the failed coup on Jan. 6, 2021, was a member or a supporter of a Neo-Nazi organization. These are Trump’s people. In addition, a notable percentage of the domestic terrorists were former or current members of law enforcement and the military.
Americans live in an angry and violent country, created by baseless hatred, motivated by lies and conspiracy theories, spread by white, right-wing extremists and their agents, Fox News included.
Racism and Bigotry More Prevalent in US Than All Other Developed Nations
Trump’s illegitimate presidency revealed a much more significant percentage of Americans believe in white supremacy than ever imagined. Everyone was naïve to think that President Obama’s eight years of service to the country resulted in a move forward into the 21st century as the United States finally decided to grow up. Then came Trump. These ignorant men and women had a leader in the White House.
Along with deep-seated racism came other evils, including homophobia, xenophobia, and sexism. The Christian Religious Right is a lobby representing a single religion. This illegal group of religious extremists controls today’s RINO Party. Christianity condemns a woman’s right to decide her own mental and physical health. It is also opposed to same-sex marriage. It falsely claims that the Bible opposes the union of two men or two women. The truth is that there is no mention of this in the New Testament, the part of the Bible on which the Christian religion was founded.
Every right-wing politician continues to deny the facts. They refuse to admit that racism is a huge problem and the primary reason why America will never be a great country.
The truth is that the political right is composed of racists and bigots. They proved this when they voted unanimously against the “Right to Vote Act.” This legislation would have guaranteed the right to vote for all Americans in every state, regardless of their race, creed, or color. Meanwhile, more than 400 laws have been passed in 40 states focused on suppressing the vote of minorities and the poor. This is the new and more corrupt Grand Old Party.
“Republicans” also vote against every proposal which would guarantee complete equality for women and others that would protect their safety. According to the actions of the hypocrites sitting on the right side of the aisle, women are inferior to men and should be treated as second and even third-class citizens.
But the right-wing remains in denial. However, one might question the validity of what they profess to their supporters because this is a game of pure politics. Professional politicians are the worst men and women in the world. Their ambitions take precedence over the needs and wishes of the people they were elected to serve. Without term limits, the government will continue to fail its people.
Voting is a weapon that can fight against racism. Use this weapon wisely in 2022 and 2024. Know the enemies and remove them from their lives of luxury and privilege. This country belongs to the people, not the politicians.
