Soon, associates of Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual exploits will be named. Meaning, they will no longer be listed as John or Jane Doe in legal documents. Additionally, it is expected once the names are released these individuals will quickly be seen in a negative light.
Furthermore, a United States court, in New York, is expected to start releasing said names soon, with more to be disclosed tomorrow, Jan. 4, 2024. Before pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in 2008, Epstein socialized with celebrities, royalty, and Wall Street titans. All of whom would rather have anonymous than to be associated with the horrendous crimes Epstein and his former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Years of Abusive Behaviors
For years, Epstein and Maxwell groomed and/or took part in abusing and trafficking young women. Most of whom were minors at the time of the abuse. Numerous women came forward saying that Jeffrey forced them to provide sexual services to his guest and himself.
Furthermore, these “services” took place in homes he owned in Florida, New Mexico, and New York, and on his private Caribbean island. In 2015, Virginia Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Epstein. Moreover, Giuffre mentioned more than 150 people who Jeffrey knew or had some sort of association with. However, there was no clear definition of how, or if, these individuals participated in abusing or trafficking the women.
Additionally, the aforementioned names were remanded to being sealed until a federal just ruled last month there was no legal justification to keeping them private.
Judges Decision
In mid-December 2023, Judge Loretta Preska, ordered for the names mentioned in Epstein’s case, to be unsealed. Moreover, two of the names including one identified as Doe 107, a 30-day extension barring the disclosure of their identity. Doe 107 claims if her name is disclosed she could be in danger of physical harm in her home country if her identity is publicly revealed.
While in jail, Epstein took his own life in 2019. Maxwell was found guilty for her part in the sex trafficking and is serving a 20 year sentence. Prince Andrew was stripped of his royal title and paid a substantial amount to a victim who spoke out during Jeffrey’s trial.
However, the courts may start to declassify the names at some point today, but it could take weeks before the public know who was in the sealed document.
