Pittsburgh Synagogue Shooting, Act of Pure Evil
The synagogue shooting that had taken place in 2018 was an act that will never be forgotten across the entire nation. It truly shocked the entire nation. In this shooting, there were 11 lives that were taken, senselessly. However, there is justice that is being brought upon the man that is responsible for the shooting. The families of these 11 victims and many others are coming together to make sure this man gets the consequences that he deserves. Therefore, after a couple of years of waiting, there will finally be action taken against this man, and justice brought upon the families and those whose lives were taken.
Trial is Finally Taking Place
There has been talk about this shooter receiving the death penalty. “The gunman accused of murdering 11 in a mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in 2018 is now on trial in a federal courtroom in Pittsburgh,” according to Yahoo! News. These 11 victims had a range of between 54 to 97 years of age. Therefore, these 11 victims, and the others that attended the synagogue on that day, will be receiving justice. However, the actions of that day will never be forgotten.

The Future of Pittsburgh, and This Trial
This attack was the worst anti-Semitic attack that has ever occurred in the United States. It can be said that even if the death penalty is carried out against the man responsible, the haunting memory of this event will always linger within the residents of Pittsburgh and the entire nation.
However, many hope that an event of this nature, or worse, never occurs within the U.S. again. Therefore, there also needs to be tighter security within areas of worship, or really any area around the U.S. Otherwise, an event of this nature may occur once again. Many agree that this act will not stop them from worshipping, and the 11 victims’ legacy will forever remain.
